　　NCR-12 和 NCR-16 热风循环烧烤炉均采用全不锈钢结构，外形美观大方;整个内胆采 用圆弧连接结构，易于清洁;采用蜗流风扇送风加热，内膛底层设计暗格降温区，令到底 板温度维持在 85 度以下，以保证烘烤产生的滴落油脂不会产生浓烟，保持烹制的烤鸭色、 香、味;本设备配有加湿和排湿功能，能根据烤制菜品的要求进行响应设置;同时，本设 备配置的电子控制操作系统，具有储存功能，可以记忆 16 个菜单;此外，本炉还配有自 动清洗功能，清洗程序已预先写好，清洗时只须按清洗键即可。

　　Both NCR-12 and NCR-16 roast ovens are stainless steel construction, elegant appearance and friendly operation. With rounded edges all around the interior cabinet, it’s very easy for cleaning. In order to reduce smoke generating from dropped fat of meat, it is equipped with water tray underneath the bottom of cabinet to remain internal base board temperature under 85℃ . There are 16 menu keys that you could use for programming and saving. Once memory keys are set, operator just need to press a menu number to activate it. Auto-cleaning program is already equipped, press “Clean” to activate when it is necessary.
